Before I jump into the 11 random things, the inspiration for this post comes courtesy of my swing and a miss at making friends recently. I had a blast with T and M, but our personalities clashed a bit too much and we weren’t getting along.
All I can say is, “c’est la vie!” We each have our own individual path we’ll create for ourselves and we get to meet a lot of people along the way. In my experience, most people whose paths meet mine will not travel with me to the end. It is life. It’s ok. The next human to human experience is coming!

Random thing 6:
I love camping! I haven’t been in years, but this was my primary form of vacation for over a decade! I did pop-up camping and would do it again in a heartbeat. We would canoe, hike, bike and fish… and scale them, filet them and cook them! Most of my time was spent hanging out in front of the fire or reading a book in the pull out bed with the zippers undone to allow the fresh air to soothe me to snoozing.

I sold homemade crafts at craft fairs for six years from April – June and September – December. I made mostly beaded jewelry (some with beads I made with polymer clay) and I sewed some change purses with tapestry fabric and included some handsewn beadwork.

Random thing 10:
My favorite foods are seafood (almost all of the shellfishes and served almost every way one can think of from sushi to cracking blue claws to lox to a lovely bouillabaisse) first and American bar food second (in no particular order, NY style pizza, burgers, wings and fries). My favorite sweets are anything chocolate (milk or dark ONLY, white chocolate isn’t chocolate, for me), but I especially like mint chocolate chip ice cream and chocolate sweets – like truffles and cordials and so on.
